Emotional Balance
I curate specific mindfulness practices tailored to midlife stressors and transitions, help brainstorm stress management tools that fit into busy schedules, offer confidence-building exercises to counter negative self-talk and body image as well as curated journal prompts.
Life Transitions
I offer decision-making frameworks for evaluating career changes, identity exploration exercises to rediscover passions and purpose, help you clarify values that align daily life with what matters most and goal-setting frameworks specifically designed for the second half of life.

Social Connection
I offer community-building strategies to prevent isolation and loneliness, brainstorm new activities to make new connections, educate on digital wellness approaches for meaningful online relationships and co-create multigenerational connection strategies for relating to adult children and aging parents.

Customized Coaching Packages
Due to high demand and my commitment to providing personalized coaching, I currently only offer a limited number of individual coaching sessions per month. Individual Sessions
Booking sessions individually might be a good option if you want to dip your toe into health coaching, see if we're a good fit and discover areas you'd like to dig deeper.
In the initial session we’ll cover intake forms and wellness goals, dive into mapping out a vision for your overall health and wellness and identify areas of struggle and of past success. If you’re not ready to commit to a package, booking individual follow-up sessions might be a good fit if you want to add sessions as needed. Only available after completing an initial intake session.
We’ll continue to refine your goals, adjusting when necessary, offer additional support and accountability and identify new health goals.
Membership Packages
If you want to dive deeper into a specific area and save money, a membership package might be the best option. For women navigating the minefield of mid-life transitions, these packages were designed with you in mind.
Foundations of Self-Care (1 Month - $300*)
This package is tailored for women who want to prioritize self care and gain clarity in their health goals. Here’s what’s included:
- Initial Assessment

- Guided habit-building techniques to create sustainable self-care rituals.
- Accountability check-ins for motivation and progress tracking.

- Behavioral strategies for stress resilience, emotional regulation, and energy renewal.
- Weekly or Bi-monthly mentorship & accountability to ensure lasting change and structure.
- Guided reflection exercises to build self-trust and confidence in decision-making.
- Email support in between sessions
- Tailored assessments and resources to your needs and goals

Group Coaching Packages
If you’re unsure about starting individual coaching, want a budget-friendly offering, or community support, group coaching is a great option! Group sessions are small. No more than 5 members in each group. Registration will close when capacity is full. You can join the waiting list to be notified when new sessions open.
