Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself:

How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One

Your Next Chapter Starts With Reinvention

I believe in whole-person, mind-body wellness. I focus on lifestyle and behavior change like reducing stress, building resilience, managing menopause or perimenopause symptoms, and adjusting to life transitions. I don't position myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I act as a guide, helping you tap into your own wisdom to build a holistic path to wellness that honors your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual self.

If we live long enough, we'll go through many life transitions, some small, some major. We're drawn to rituals and celebrations for the ones our culture recognizes, like having a baby, graduating, getting married, or even death. But what about the transitions that aren't as clear-cut, or even feel taboo, like the mid-life shift many women go through with perimenopause or menopause? I'm passionate about finding ways to honor and even celebrate these overlooked transitions, especially the ones that feel like loss or grief, and seeing them instead as invitations to review and reinvent the parts of ourselves that are ready for an upgrade.

I'm a big believer in intrinsic motivation, change that comes from your own desire to improve your life. Sometimes the push comes from outside, like a doctor, a loved one, or a health scare, but I've seen through my own experience and coaching others that lasting change has to be rooted in your own values, experiences, and strengths. As your coach, I'll walk alongside you on that journey, celebrating your wins, helping you reach your goals, challenging limiting beliefs, and offering the resources and guidance to help you get there. Meet Erin

Your Coach & Your Biggest Cheerleader

I used to think something was wrong with me.

I felt everything more intensely than the people around me. Sunsets made me cry. A scratchy sweater felt unbearable. I'd walk into a room and somehow walk out carrying everyone else's emotions like they were my own, to the point of getting physically sick. Growing up hyper-independent in Generation X, nobody had language for any of it. So I just assumed I was too much.

Turns out, I wasn't too much. I was highly sensitive.

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a trait found in 20 to 30% of people, I process emotions and environments more deeply than most. It took me most of my life to understand that sensitivity isn't a flaw. It's a different kind of wiring.

Now I help other women make sense of the same thing I once couldn't. As a behavior change expert and habit coach, I don't just tell you what to do, I help you actually build and sustain the habits that get you there, whether your goal is weight loss, stronger social connections, or something entirely your own. Knowing what to do was never the hard part. Creating and sustaining the habit was.

As a highly sensitive, neurodivergent woman, I bring that lived experience into every session. Not as a guru with all the answers, but as a peer who understands the real challenges, and the real resilience, of women in midlife. I'm passionate about women's health and about building communities that support women through every season of life.

You don't have to navigate this phase of life alone.

If you're ready to stop feeling like too much and start trusting the wisdom you already carry, I'd love for you to get to know my story a little more.

Midlife Weight & Wellness

You've read the articles, tried the plans, started strong more times than you can count. This 45-minute session is where we figure out why none of it stuck, and map out a plan built around your real life, not another generic checklist or one-size-fits-all approach.

Build (6 Months)

Something's ending, or it's already in motion: a career, a role, a version of yourself you're not sure fits anymore. Six months is enough time to let go of what's not working and decide, on your own terms, what comes next.

You've Outgrown Guessing.
It's Time for a Plan Built Around You.

Every plan here starts with what's actually true for you, not what's worked for someone else.

Reclaim (3 Months)

That four o'clock kitchen moment, wondering when you became someone who can't make a simple decision? It's not aging. In three months, you'll know exactly what's been draining you, and have the energy and clarity to catch old patterns before they take you down again.

Group Coaching (Founding Member Cohort) — Coming Soon

You don't have to do this alone, and soon, you won't have to do it one-on-one either. A small group of women, the same behavior-change foundation, at a fraction of the investment. Spots will be limited so join the waitlist now.

Notebook with You Got This text for midlife motivation

Health coaching is a client-centered practice where a coach helps someone create and sustain healthier behaviors, rather than just prescribing a diet or exercise plan. It sits between medical treatment and general self-help: a health coach doesn't diagnose or treat conditions (that's for doctors, dietitians, or therapists), but instead works with clients on the behavior change side of health, things like nutrition habits, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset.

This is for you if:

  • You know what "healthy" looks like, you just can't get the habits to stick in your actual life

  • You've started strong more times than you can count, and you're tired of starting over

  • Something feels off (energy, weight, mood, motivation) and you've been told it's "just aging"

  • You want a plan built around your real schedule, not another generic checklist

  • You're ready to understand why things haven't worked, not just try harder at the same approach

This might not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking for a meal plan or workout program with no support around behavior change

  • You're currently working through a diagnosed medical condition that needs a doctor or specialist first (though coaching can often work alongside that care)

  • You want someone to hand you a rigid plan rather than build one with you

That depends on what problem or issue you're starting with and how much runway you want. Reclaim (3 months) is built for when you know something's off and want to work with someone who understands how to help you set and achieve goals that improve your life. Build (6 months) is for bigger transitions, when there's more to unpack and more to rebuild or if you have a goal like weight loss that needs more time to achieve. Most clients start noticing shifts in energy and habits within the first few weeks, but lasting change, the kind that doesn't unravel the moment life gets busy, takes the full three to six months to really settle in.
